A small, family-run residential care home for up to 14 residents — where a high staff-to-resident ratio means the utmost individual care, in a warm and happy atmosphere.
Meadowside is a small, family-run residential care home for the elderly, in an elegant Edwardian property just outside Marlow town centre, converted with care for the needs of older people.
With space for just 14 residents, our team can give the utmost individual care and personal attention to each person — in a genuine, non-institutionalised, home-from-home atmosphere. We're regulated by the Care Quality Commission and rated Good.
More about us
We believe the resident knows best. With a minimum of two carers on duty day and night, we adjust our service around each person's own wishes and routines.
Residents bring their own furniture, pictures and photographs. Family, friends and well-behaved pets are welcome to visit on a flexible basis.
From flower arranging and baking to garden-centre trips, theatre outings and a boat on the Thames — there's always something going on.
Our rooms are generous, comfortably furnished to residents' wishes, and all have private en-suite facilities, personal TV, and a modern nurse-call system. The whole building is wheelchair accessible, with a passenger lift to the first floor.
There's a bright, south-facing patio garden with scented flowers and a tranquil central water feature — a lovely spot for reflection, chatting and a walk in the sun.
